Director of Music
Ministries Stephanie received
a BA in voice performance from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA
with a minor in piano. After a year working towards a Masters in Church
Music at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, she went on the
road with her husband and their band as lead vocalist playing in clubs,
casinos, parks and fairs, including many corporate engagements. As God
was preparing her for her current job as Director of Music at Northwood,
she feels equally comfortable with both classical and pop music which
serves both traditional and contemporary services.
After receiving certification in the pre-K Musikgarten Curriculum, she
began at NPC directing the 3 children's choirs, handbells and Orff
ensemble. In 2001 she took over as director of the entire music program
including Chancel Choir, Praise Band, 2 adult handbell groups, youth
choir and handbells and the 5 children's ensembles. Just recently she
passed the baton of Children's Choirs to the very capable hands of
Janice Wisinski and thanks God every day for the opportunity of working
in church music here at NPC where she is also.a member. She has a
husband, Jim, and 2 grown children, Cambia and Cody. |

Organist
Cheryl has been
the organist at Northwood for over 9 years. She feels privileged
to be part of such a loving church family and excellent music
program. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from The
University of Tampa and holds the certificate C.A.G.O. (Colleague
of the American Guild of Organists.) Cheryl and husband, Todd, an
occupational health and safety consultant, have a grown son,
Jeff. Jeff's Black Lab, Zach, has been a special addition to the
family.

Director of Children's Music
Ministries
Janice joined the staff
at Northwood in March 2005 as Director of Children’s Music. She is
currently a student at St. Petersburg College, with plans to transfer to
Clearwater Christian College in May 2006 to complete her Church Music
degree. She previously served as Music Director with two area
Presbyterian Churches and is an ordained elder.
Janice
has been a choir member and soloist for 35 years, and has enjoyed
involvement with area performing groups. Janice is thrilled to be part
of such a wonderful church family, and loves working with the children
of Northwood. She resides in Seminole with her husband, Joe and has two
grown children: Jennifer and Jim. |

Lois Parry

Assistant
Lois Parry joined the
NPC staff Feb 19, 2007 as our Administrative Assistant. She does all
the church publications, as well as general office duties and special
projects.
She most recently served
the Lakeside Presbyterian Church in Tarpon Springs (1995-2006) and
before that Trinity Presbyterian Church in Clearwater (1988-1995. Lois
resides in New Port Richey with her husband, Chuck. She has two grown
children, and three grandchildren. She loves her job, and the people
here at Northwood have made her feel very welcome .
